My Casting Suite Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of My Casting Suite and related services. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for account security, including safeguarding credentials and limiting access to authorized users only. Accounts are individual and may not be shared.

2. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Paid features may be offered on recurring subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Customer Data Ownership and Processing Role

You retain all rights, title, and interest in Customer Data, including applicant and organizational data submitted to the service. My Casting Suite does not acquire ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

For Customer Data, the customer organization is typically the data controller/business and My Casting Suite is the processor/service provider acting on customer instructions.

4. Data Return and Deletion on Termination

If your account is canceled or deleted, you should export your data before termination. Upon confirmed organization deletion, we will delete Customer Data from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing disputes, or legal claims.

Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before routine purge. We may retain de-identified and aggregated analytics that do not identify applicants or customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, upload malicious code, scrape in violation of law or contract, or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Privacy

Use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from applicants and users.

7. Service Changes

We may update features, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective as stated.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risks, abuse, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by law, these terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified in your order form or contract.
